- How does the free month work?
- Your 30 days start the day you register. You don't give us a card to start, and nothing is charged unless you add one to keep going.
- Do you take a cut of my payments?
- No. Card payments go into your own Square account and you pay Square's usual fees to Square. JobLoop adds nothing on top.
- Is there a limit on staff or customers?
- No. The price is per business, not per person, so adding a technician doesn't cost more.
- What about text messages?
- 150 texts a month are included, which covers a confirmation and a reminder for around 75 bookings. After that each text is 10 cents. Emails are unlimited.
- What if I stop using it?
- Cancel whenever you like and you won't be charged again. You can export your customers and sales from Settings at any time. There's no contract.
- Who can sign up?
- Australian businesses. You can register and start straight away. To take card payments or send texts we need your ABN, which we check ourselves, usually within a business day.
